This burnout video features a 2nd gen Chevrolet Camaro named Crumblebee doing a burnout. The reason: in celebration of the owner"s YouTube channel hitting 100 subscribers. There are no details on the car, but we can see that it is clearly a work in progress. There are a variety of mismatched body panels, a stripped out interior and plenty of primered-over body filler. The video does point out that this classic Camaro has had the original engine removed for an unspecified LS V8, but we don"t know anything about the drivetrain beyond the fact that it"s an LS-something.We can also tell as the video progresses that the LS V8 isn"t quite running right. The video comments explain this is due to a combination of bad plug wires and a fueling issue. However, even with the engine refusing to build RPM, this rough, old Camaro is able to smoke the tires. The video begins as Crumblebee backs up the road, away from the cameraman. Once the car is nearly out of sight, the burnout action begins. While we don"t see any smoke at first we can hear the engine rev and the tires squeal. After a few seconds, smoke begins to build around the back of the car, but as the car rolls forward, the back end wanders towards the grass on the side of the road.A second attempt at a burnout results in the Camaro quickly kicking sideways, at which point the driver stops and pulls forward for one last shot. On this last effort, the Camaro gets the tires spinning well, but as soon as the smoke clouds up, the engine begins to misfire and the fun ends.Tags: 2nd Gen Camaro, Burnout Fridays, camaro, crumblebee, LS(
