Here is a rare and desirable Nash businessman"s coupe from 1937. It is a proper unmolested car with all of the original features plus some sensible upgrades to make it a sensible car to drive today.
Originally from an extensive private collection of classic cars it has had a sympathetic restoration in the past.As you probably know Nash were renowed for their engineering excellence. The lovely sublime lines of the car are enhanced by it"s colour and it"s new coker whitewall tyres. The interior is a very comfortable place to be and has the added advantage of the optional period heater being fitted. Sensibly converted to 12 volt electrics with lighting upgrades and the discreet fitting of indicators mean you can see and be seen.
The sidevalve 4 litre straight six engine runs like a Swiss watch and the ride is reassuringly smooth. Forward progress is via a 3 speed manual gearbox which changes smoothly , the clutch has just been replaced and it has just had a full service including brakes and all fluids.
A very rare car with beautiful lines, I"m not in a hurry to sell but do really have a few too many cars around at the moment. Viewing most welcome and encouraged it comes with the workshop manual , period literature, history and previous bills and a good selection of spares.
