Travel to the 75th D Day celebrations in comfort and style as I did for the 70th, or just enjoy riding in comfort. The car will cruise at 70mph so is great for motorways. The 3.5ltr straight-six engine has been totally rebuilt, radiator re-cored, brakes relined, clutch rebuilt, fuel and brake lines replaced, new rear shock absorbers fitted and it has just been undersealed and serviced. It drives beautifully. The interior is untouched and is in excellent condition. With only 60000 miles since new, this is a super example of its type. <br />
It is presented as a WW2 US army staff car. I imported this as a civilian car in 2012 and painted it in military colours just as they did at the beginning of the war when staff cars were few. Vehicles would be taken from the production line, or garage forecourts and pressed into service. This car represents that passage of history.<br />
