1948 GMC HC401 Very rare truck these beast are similar to chevy 3100 trucks but on steroids! <br />
This one was imported to uk so is fully registered no paperwork nova dramas here<br />
Totally gone through, here is a quick list of main points all the hard work boring bits are done just leaving the customizing or modifying to do or finish as is if OG is your thing.<br />
New brakes (lots of parts lines shoes fittings etc etc)<br />
New stainless steel exhaust<br />
Carb rebuilt<br />
New glass in doors<br />
Full 12 Volt Rewire<br />
Starter Recondition<br />
New set of Tyres all round<br />
Then all fluids and oils changed <br />
Truck starts and runs great its a straight six 4455cc petrol engine believed to be factory fitted with only 47k on the clocks<br />
Gear box is a manual 4 speed with a 2 speed back axle, all gears work fine.<br />
Cab has a large bench seat seats 3 adults no problem.<br />
Rare 5th wheel hook up. keep or build a bed<br />
Slam on air with a lay chassis and run a cummings dirty diesel and have a very cool truck or enjoy as is, turns everybodys head.<br />
