I have owned this truck just over eight years now and what a wonderful piece of American motor history it is, with its four on the floor crashing gearbox, it shakes rattles and rolls with a lovely V8 burble! It has a great patina and character and is just great fun to drive around. Unfortunately I have now lost my storage space so it has to go. I had a new pickup bed put in a couple of years ago as well as a fully reconditioned radiator, new battery, new fuel pump, carb refurbished.It is in the process of being converted to a 12v system and all that needs doing is to put on the new powemaster generator which I have just bought at a cost of 430, also a new drag link kit to be put on to tighten up the steering. It is drivable as is, it just doesn t charge! So, the price at the moment for a quick sale is 12000 or 13000 with the work done.
