we are selling my wife"s 1950 Plymouth Business coupe, as we have been offered a car that we have wanted for quite some time and need to sell a couple of cars<br />

We bought the coupe in Los Angeles last year and imported it in to the UK in April 2015,<br />
<br />
Ultra COOL, unique and rare Custom California 1950 Plymouth 3 Window Business Coupe Hot Rod. Professionally done custom with attention to detail and it shows. Ford 351 V8 and 3 speed Auto Trans with Ford 9 inch rear. Full on hot rod set up with modern suspension, Mustang front end and power disk brakes. Amazing package... Super smooth and tight. This little rod is in AWESOME condition all around. Looks fantastic with aggressive hot rod stance... runs and drives excellent. <br />

The body is super straight and rust free... the underside is clean and solid. Hot Rod Matte Black Paint presents great with some blemishes... It has a cool stance with fat rims and tires... doors close tight and windows work nice... seals and rubbers all redone. Get"s looks and compliments everywhere we go. <br />

Full custom interior is excellent... everything redone with excellent quality. headliner is excellent. Tilt steering column and wheel... serious after market stereo... AWESOME hot rod interior... <br />

Ford V8 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... Fantastic power and sounds really cool through full custom exhaust... 3 speed auto shifts smooth and strong through the gears... 9" rear end... Gear ratios are great around town and cruises really nice on the motorway as well. Mustang front clip provides nice tight steering and excellent ride. Disk brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, FAST, and reliable... ready to roll.... definite daily driver capable.<br />

Overall this is a really cool American Classic Hot Rod in great condition all around. <br />

When we got the car back to the UK I replaced .<br />
<br />
The steering column with a crome unit from Summit Racing<br />
New billet steering wheel,<br />
Replaced all the gauges with a set of Dolphin gauges<br />
New Battery<br />
Stainless steel exhaust from the boxes back<br />
<br />
The car has been completely rewired with a modern wiring kit<br />
The gearbox has a shift kit fitted and B&M shifter<br />
<br />
Gearbox has TCI 2013 written on the bellhousing, but I cannot confirm that it is one.<br />
