VERY REAR 1955 Chrysler Wagon! As far as i know this is the only 1955 Chrysler Windsor Wagon in Europe! With only 3-4 left in USA. I just finised restoring the engine on this car. The crankshaft, rod bearings and a rod has just been replaced. All the water plugs on the block and the water pump has been changed also. All the fluids has been changed including the geearbox oil. The spark plugs and the spark plug leads have been ordered and will be replaced next week. The engine was cleaned and painted with the correct silver enamel. To have all this work done it cost me in excess of 2500 bearing in mind i have done most of the work myself. The poly engine is running sweet and very smooth now as powerflite gearbox does aswel. Brakes are firm also. No modification was made to this car apart from the 6v electronic ignition. The frame on this car is rock solid but the body is in need of some welding wich can be done as the car is used ( rolling restorarion). The last pictures of the car was taken about five years ago before i purchased the car from the previos owner in Boremouth. Acording to Nada valuation this cars cost new $3300 and retrails now $12800 in pure condition, $24600 in average condition and $54000 in top condition. I would rate this car between pure and average condition so that is how i decide the price for it. The car is registered as a historic vehicle in Romania and all the documents are in my name.
