1956 Oldsmobile Holiday 98 Coupe - Top of the line option<br />

A very desirable 2 door pillarless, 98 hard top model, imported to UK in 2016 from a collector in Pennsylvania, USA.<br />
In striking, head-turning Black and Island Coral colour option, with newly replaced interior of factory-spec white leather and black fabric inserts, in new-old stock fabric for this model sourced from SMS Auto Fabric in USA.<br />
This particular car features many "high-end" specifications, runs and drives very well and benefits from 5 new Diamond Back radial white wall tyres with 3 white walls.<br />

Condition and Presentation<br />
Originally Black (10) with an Alcan White (60) roof, the previous owner resprayed the front section with factory spec Island Coral (66) 3 years ago. The paint quality is very nice and shows well.<br />
Most of the chrome and stainless is in excellent condition the front bumper has some slight pitting but the rear is excellent. Stainless steel window trim and emblems are all in excellent condition.<br />
There is a lot of standard equipment present and in good original order on this vehicle ;<br />
Chrome bumper guards, lined trunk, dual horns, cigarette lighter, turn signals, aluminium door sill plates, sun visors, courtesy lights, front fender medallions, deck lid "98" script, reverse light mouldings, electric clock (not working), Jetaway Hydramatic Drive, padded dash, power steering, windshield washers (not working) and Deluxe steering wheel (refurbished).<br />
Performance<br />
This is a very reliable and clean-running car starts every time! Very smooth acceleration, very comfortable at motorway speeds. Hydra-Matic auto transmission shifts great. Smokes a little through the breather pipe when running warm is the only engine issue that I"m aware of.<br />
Several cosmetic and running improvements have been undertaken since arrival in UK;<br />

Modern CD player fitted in glovebox and modern speakers<br />
