I ve owned this vehicle for a few years now and have made some improvements to it. Although it was very sound when I bought it as a recent California import, it was in need of tyres, brakes, front suspension and interior. As time allowed, all these things have been accomplished but again, time didn t allow me to use it much.

The interior has been completely refurbished with new seat covers, moulded carpet and paint.
The tyres were brand new from Northants Tyres and have done approximately 250 miles on the car.
The brakes were all stripped and treated to new shoes and cylinders just after I bought it.
The front suspension has new bushes and joints, etc, fitted where necessary.
I bought the car as an older restoration and although not perfect cosmetically, it is still in very good order. Mechanically it is hard to fault. She is fitted with a 283 V8 and 3 speed auto. The drive train is silent and works perfectly.

I have absolutely no doubt that this car will get you and your family to all the shows you wish to attend in comfort and reliability.
The car was issued with a new MoT early last year. The only failure point was the windscreen washers. It was never fitted with them from new!! I have fitted a period glass washer bottle but plastic jets which are easily removed without damage to the vehicle. I will re-MoT her for the new purchaser.
There are very few bad points:
The fuel gauge has stopped working.
The tank and sender had already been replaced and are fine, so I can only assume it is the gauge which is at fault. They are available from ebay, etc.
The left-hand exhaust box has started to blow. The right-hand one is solid. I can get this done for the new MoT.
The indicator stalk does not self-cancel. This has always been like this, and it is one of the things I never got around to doing! Again, kits are available to repair it.

I am extremely reluctant to sell this car as it is such a good looking cruiser and performs so well. However as the conservatory and decking at the back of the house is falling apart, needs must. Also, I do not have the time to use the vehicle fully. She has been dry stored throughout my ownership so there is no rust.
The photos do not do the car justice. She had not been washed before the photos were taken.
