I ve owned this vehicle for a few years now and have made some improvements to it. Although it was very sound when I bought it as a recent California import, it was in need of tyres, brakes, front suspension and interior. As time allowed, all these things have been accomplished but time didn t allow me to use it much.

The interior has been completely refurbished with new seat covers, moulded carpet and paint.
The tyres were brand new from Northants Tyres and have done approximately 150 miles on the car.
The brakes were all stripped and treated to new shoes and cylinders just after I bought it.
The front suspension has new bushes etc fitted where necessary.
I bought the car as an older restoration and although not perfect cosmetically, it is still in very good order. Mechanically it is hard to fault. She is fitted with an economical 283 V8 and 3 speed auto. The drive train is silent and works perfectly. I have had the two front wings, bonnet and left hand doors repainted as where she was parked, the sun had faded the paint right down and it couldn t be brought back.

I have absolutely no doubt that this car will get you and your family to all the shows you wish to attend in comfort and reliably.
The car has a brand new MOT just issued. The only failure point was the windscreen washers. It was never fitted with them from new!! I have fitted a period glass washer bottle but plastic jets which are easily removed without damage to the vehicle.
There are very few bad points:
The fuel gauge has stopped working.
The tank and sender had already been replaced and are fine, so I can only assume it is the gauge which is at fault. They are available from ebay etc.
The left-hand exhaust box has started to blow. The right-hand one is solid.
The indicator stalk does not self-cancel. This has always been like this, and it is one of those things I never got around to doing! Again, kits are available to repair it.

I am extremely reluctant to sell this car as it is such a good looking cruiser and performs so well. However as the conservatory and decking at the back of the house is falling apart, needs must. Also, I do not have the time to use the vehicle fully. She has been dry stored throughout my ownership so there is no rust.
If you wish to inspect the vehicle, it is based in Henfield in West Sussex, just north of Brighton. There is a ramp available there should you wish to see underneath.
The photos do not do the car justice. She had not been washed before the photos were taken.
Please don t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
