Why Not Classics is thrilled to offer you this absolutely gorgeous 1959 Pontiac Bonneville Sport Coupe - abundant with chrome, comfortable, big and with double fins this was Pontiac"s answer to 1959 Cadillac Coupe. Finished in its factory correct Sunrise Coral exterior wrapped around a gorgeous original factory interior. This beautiful example has 60,700 miles and has been locked away in a garage for over 2.5 decades. This is a numbers matching example and the current owner has worked hard to maintain its originality. The original 389ci engine with 4bbl carburetors and the original Hydromatic transmission (3sp) work effortless. The transmission was rebuilt by a Hydromatic specialist (invoices for the this and other work performed on the car are available). <br />

The word survivor will best describe this Pontiac, however, the extensive work done on it, from the professional undercoating of the car, to the new Coker Radials tires, will give you a hint of the care this car received from it"s current owner. The transmission got new seals and the carburetor was rebuilt (original 4xB). New brakes were installed and the generator was rebuilt. <br />
Moreover new brake lines, gas lines and new weatherstripping were carefully replaced. <br />
The Bonneville rides on all new shocks front and rear, suspension bushings,mounts, steering bushings etc..<br />

A new exhaust was installed and she was ready to cruise.<br />
With regards to the engine a new water pump was installed along with hoses, wires, distributor, points, belts, plugs, thermostat...and more...<br />
