1960 Chrysler Imperial.<br />
Gorgeous car. 413 cubic inch V8 engine. Torqueflite push button automatic gearbox. MOT"d until March 2017<br />
The paperwork included with the car shows that it was supplied new to Mrs Ethel M Collins of Winter Haven, Florida on the 8th October 1959 by A.P Clark Motors. Orlando, Florida.<br />
The car has been in the UK since 1991 and there are some photos of restoration work carried out in the 90"s.<br />
The car is still in very good condition today. The bodywork is straight and the Persian pink paintwork is good although there is some blistering, mainly on the bonnet and boot. The car still looks fabulous.<br />
The interior is original and has stood the test of time well. Dashboard/instrument cluster and headlining are very good. There is some wear to the drivers seat and armrest but generally a nice interior.<br />
Mechanically the car is very good and underneath is solid.<br />
Overall a lovely rare old vehicle, built to rival the best luxury cars in the world at the time.<br />
