I have recently acquired a very rare classic car.<br />
Please tell me you know of another one of these cars. It is a Valiant with a 3.7 slant engine 6 cylinder with a Juke box automatic transmission.<br />
I have searched and there is one in Canada which is a 1962 model priced at $18,990.<br />
The paintwork has a few blemishes as to be expected for it"s age, but the interior has been completely refitted with new seat covers, new door panels, new carpet and new headliner. The original valve radio is there and still in working order.<br />
This car is very sixties to drive, but does sound very nice and quiet. The wheel covers on the car in the pictures are plastic, but I do have the genuine original ones which are being professionally polished and will then be fitted to set the car off as how it should look.<br />
I have a collection of Classic American cars I am depleting, and this is one chance in a lifetime to own such a rare icon. This American model was only made from 1960 -1962, before manufacture was moved to Australia and was re-jigged to be a right hand drive, so virtually none are left. The 62 has round rear lights and different grille to this one.<br />
