Up for sale is my 1962 ford thunderbird i imported this car early this year with every intention of getting it ready for the show season, i looked for ages for the perfect car and this one had been stripped of paint so i could see it was solid as i like to put my mark on the cars i own this one was perfect,<br />
About the car,this thundrbird is fully loaded with working electric windows a/c classic sterio and tilt steering wheel, other than surface rust due to the previous owner stripping off the paint this car is 99% rust free only rust i have found is some the size of a 20pence peice on the rear quarter, the underside is like new the floor pans and chassis are solid with all new brake lines flexis cylinders etc new exhaust system new shocks and new bushes the car also has 4 brand new coker white wall tyres,<br />
The engine is a sweet ford 390 which runs well with good power only down side is it has an exhaust blow from one of the exhaust gaskets but this is easily replaced the steering is all new with no play the bushes etc have been replaced<br />
The interior is in useable condition but to make it mint you would want to replace the front seat upholstery as it has cracked and come apart, the headlining has started to separate in the rear and the dash has got some cracks in it however these parts are easily obtained<br />
I have all the trim for the car including all emblems etc <br />
All in this is an easy project to get ready unfortunately due to work and other projects i wont be able to finish it thanks for looking<br />
