1965 Ford Mustang GT350 Cobra Tribute - Fresh Paintwork - UK Registered/MOT

Available in the UK and supplied fully UK registered with 12 months MOT once it arrives in February 2018, this phenomenal example of a 1965 Ford Mustang V8 Coupe has seen extensive work completed with no expense spared, and is a fantastic opportunity to own a 50+ year old car with a great deal of new features to throroughly modernise it without losing its character.

Work carried out includes a full new paint job costing 5000, brand new black Pony Deluxe interior and lots of new mechanical parts, it is guaranteed to make jaws drop for many years to come - please see below for the list in full.

Starting life as a clean 1965 V8 Mustang Coupe originally registered in the dry state of California, the car is fresh from extensive work, turning it into the outstanding GT350 Cobra tribute it is today.

Powered by the period 289 V8 with 4 barrel carb and Automatic transmission, the engine has been subject a recent overhaul and sounds every bit as good as you would imagine, pulling well through the revs and starting at the turn of the key.

Having had all of the below work carried out just prior to leaving California, this is a build which has been carried out to a high standard by a classic Mustang specialist, and is certainly not your typical home project build where corners are usually cut.

Of course a collection of receipts is supplied with the car to show the extent of the work which has gone into it - the parts list alone is huge, let alone the labour involved.

Finished beautifully in white with Shelby striping, this Cobra looks aggressive on brand new 17" Ridler wheels, fitted with brand new Toyos all round.

Stopping power is provided by a brand new 4-pot Wilwood brake disc kit, so the car drives as well as a modern sportscar, despite being well over 50 years of age.

Currently a better investment than a savings account, and one which is way more enjoyable, this car is good to go for the 2018 season - why spend time and money this year trying to build a classic, when all the hard work has been done and the big bills paid for already?
