This numbers matching 1966 AMC Marlin with original 327ci engine connected to original, and very rare, 4 speed manual transmission and original, and very rare, rear slip differential, was imported into the UK from Texas in May 2015 by a company in Scotland.

This is a very rare car indeed. Only 4547 Marlin"s were produced in 1966 however only 299 of these were 4 speed manual transmission cars with the large 327ci engine. According to the Marlin Auto Club ( marlinautoclub.com) they are only aware of 10 such cars still in existence today.

The car was featured in the February 2016 issue of Classic American magazine.

The car is an original Texas car with only 2 Texas owners, with the second owner being a neighbour of the original, long term, owner. The car also spent some time in a US museum.

The car has just received a full service, full mechanical check over and MOT (October 2018), and is in great driving condition.

The interior is in beautiful original condition throughout, including original steering wheel, radio and Altimeter gauge.

The exterior is in very good original condition however there are some marks and small chips as you would expect from a 52 year old car. The underneath of the car is solid throughout.
