For sale my gorgeous Riviera, imported from California late October 2015. Went through restoration to an extent which i shall list later, all import duties paid, MOT till 16th December 2016. Was Registered 6th of January 2016. It is not a trailer queen or show quality. it is a pure drivers car! so...... where to begin..... All work to the car was done by SS Auto & Body in Tickton near Beverly east Yorkshire. SS Auto and Body<br />
All focus was spent on the mechanical aspects of the car and sorting any rust that was underneath.<br />
Work Done: ALL rust underneath the car is sorted and was mainly just the floor pans luckily. she is solid underneath. plus all underneath has been treated with wax oil all round.<br />
Mechanically: Many new parts, starter motor, altinator, belts, distributor, head gasket seals, termostat, radiator, hoses, Dual master cylinder, break hoses, break lines, transmission gasket and filter, weather stripping, battery and all servicing items(filters, leads and plugs). <br />
Electrically: relay for hide away front lights, windscreen washers, heater matrix now all work.<br />
Things that need addressing: All electric windows work but drivers side is temperamental, electric front seat works apart from moving backwards and forwards. car could benefit from a new carb as does not like idling whilst cold. interior is great no rips or tears. but may need re padding in front drivers seat, the dash has a crack in it and the steering wheel is cracked as well, the ash tray does not close, carpet starting to go near headlight switch but that it.<br />
PAINT WORK on this car is tired and could do with a full respray some blemishes here and there and general wear and tear. There are some bubbles of rust which i have photos of if you so request them. Chrome and trim wise everything is there apart from the I and the V letters on the front.<br />
All in All a fantastic car with 92800 miles on the clock which i believe to be genuine as is the old service history book and owners handbook i even have a bill of sale from 1984, VIN is there and all numbers matching. Runs sweet as a nut and goes through the gears fine. IT is meant to be driven and ready for the road to drive away!<br />
