1966 Ford Mustang. C code 289 V8 Auto with essential Power Steering!<br />
Just arrived fresh from California is this stunning Mustang finished in Le Mans blue. Great spec genuine C code example with 289 V8. Original Black Plate Southern Cali car supplied new by Cutter Ford Sales, North Hollywood and lived in Los Angeles all its life! This car has amazing full history from day one... includes the original purchase invoice, build sheet and first registration slip! It even has most of its registration/insurance slips right through the 60 s, 70 s and 1980 s. There is a one inch thick folder absolutely crammed full of invoices too! Wow! This is a very rare find indeed!<br />
Body;<br />
As you would expect of a SoCal original, the body is absolutely 100% rust free. Has the most original floors and underside you have ever seen...No rot, No welding, No underseal. Just perfect. Body panels are perfectly aligned with zero rust too. This car has never experienced any body or accident damage and is super-straight down both sides, front and back. Doors shut perfect and the whole car looks absolutely stunning on the eye.<br />

Mechanicals;<br />
Fabulous rebuilt 289 V8 runs perfect. Sounds super-sweet with no rattles and excellent oil pressure. This is a hot little Mustang that benefitted from high compression pistons and a mild cam when rebuilt so really is a lot of fun to drive! It s a proper muscle car with a glorious sound from a dual exhaust...it lights up the tyres very easily and gets the power down great with a slick-action kickdown. Real fun! Transmission, rear axle, steering and brakes have all professionally rebuilt making this one of the best driving early Pony cars you will find. Simply superb is the best way to describe it!<br />

Interior<br />
A lovely place to be. Perfect dash, seats, door cards and headlining... this interior wants for nothing. No rips or tears, no poor repairs. Lovely wood-rimmed GT steering wheel and impressive original 60 s chrome air-con unit look absolutely superb. Benefits from excellent stereo hidden in the glove compartment with MP3 jack connectivity.<br />

We think this is an unrepeatable 66 Mustang, it just looks and drives absolutely superb. Good rust free undamaged SoCal originals are very difficult to find and even more so with incredible history like this one. Please go look at others out there for sale then come and look at the best. This really is a superb Mustang.<br />
