This 1967 Ford Mustang 289 Cubic Inch V8 (4735cc) 4 Barrel Carb is in a fantastic condition and one of best coupe/hardtops on the UK Market with only 6,050 Miles on the odometer! It is a fresh import from Indiana although it spent most of its life in Kentucky and had an engine rebuild in recent years plus it became a 4 barrel carb for even more horsepower (225-250hp). This Brittany Metallic Blue Mustang is in great condition overall and looks beautiful as well as sounds great with the chrome in most places being in excellent condition as is the paintwork.<br />

The 67 was one of the best years for Mustang it was bigger and more powerful, had added safety features, improved handling compared to earlier versions as well featured better design cues such as the concave taillights, hood scoops / lights and painted side scoops to match the colour of the car.<br />
<br />
1967 was the first year since its inception that major changes were bought to America"s original Pony car. Many believe this due to the fact that until 67 Ford not only had the market cornered they invented it. This would be the year that GM would bring out its now classic F body which would bring another option to this evolving Pony Market. This 67 has been in Kentucky since it was received at Burns Ford on 8/14/67. It was built in Metuchen, New Jersey at the Edison Assembly Plant. Starting off life as a Wimbledon White with black vinyl top this little coupe has come a long way. The complete restoration consisted of getting the body down to bare metal and removing that black vinyl top. Once all of that was done the car was completely repainted with an original 67 Ford colour Brittany Metallic Blue which is different enough to lure people towards it but not so wild that it completely sticks out however it is one of the best colours on classic Mustangs it looks epic. It has recently received a 4-stage machine polishing detail worth 600 to the paintwork with additional paintwork protection sealants and waxes<br />

The interior was redone and taken back to exactly the way it left the factory. The black definitely sets off the exterior and really draws your attention towards the inside of the car. The Interior is in good condition all dials and gauges are working (except clock being fixed) and are in fantastic condition. The vinyl leather and seats are excellent and very comfortable no rips, tears or cracking. Carpets are great very clean and the headlining is superb.<br />

Of course with the inside and outside the way the always wanted it, the motor was the next part. Rebuilt with a couple changes including a 4 barrel carb and a different intake the motor has been woken up quite a bit. Of course the sound itself needed an upgrade, so a custom dual exhaust system was installed which gives this pony a distinct roar. With the Mustang being one of the most beloved classics and only growing in popularity this is one pony that is sure to gallop out of here as fast as it galloped in.<br />

It also comes supplied with a V5C registration document, registration plates and a current MOT test certificate which expires September 2017 as well as the car is tax free!<br />
