1967 Mustang Hardtop, Rare High Country Special"<br />

(one of 416 built in 1967), 289/C4 Auto, 9" traction-loc rearend, <br />

Recently imported very solid rust free Mustang, originally sold in Colorado in the Limited Edition High Country Special" promotion for Colorado dealers, only 416 1967 HCS"s were built, this one is finished in Columbine Blue, the best colour! with a new white vinyl roof, this is one of the 3 special colours available (the 2 others were Aspen Gold & Timberline Green). The engine bay features the original freshly rebuilt 289ci Windsor small block Ford 4.7L, (just had first oil and filter change with Torco TR1 20w/50, FL1A filter) with many upgrades, new 9.5:1 +30 pistons/rings, Edelbrock 650cfm 4v carb and aluminium intake manifold, mild Howards" camshaft upgrade and a complete MSD ignition system, Aluminium radiator with shroud and clutch style fan, runs real nice! Rebuilt automatic C4 transmission with shift kit, new Heavy-Duty drive shaft along with a complete Quicktime Performance" 9" rear axle with 3.91 gears and a traction-loc limited slip with the optional rear 11" Disc brakes with parking brake. Only approx. 800 miles on complete NEW drivetrain and NEW suspension. New dual Flowmaster exhaust giving a nice camy" idle. New front Power Disc brakes, Power steering, all new suspension including upper and lower A arms, springs, shocks and a bigger 1" front anti sway bar. Engine bay has the Export Brace and Monte Carlo bar, also fitted with bolt in" subframe connectors (adds to chassis rigidity). Recently added American Racing Torque Thrust 2 wheels and tyres plus matching TT2 spare wheel. Two tone Blue vinyl interior in nice condition, centre console, all instruments work with new sending units on all. All the under-dash A/C parts have been installed, just needs underhood condensor/compressor etc to finish off if you want to complete the installation. The exterior has like new bumpers, door handles and trim. Comes with a factory trunk mounted luggage carrier that really suites this Mustang"s image! (easily removed if not to your liking!) This Mustang was owned by only 2 families in it"s lifetime, you may have unknowingly seen it in a movie, as the Nephew of the previous owner who was a previous owner! was a Hollywood stunt man for Disney, MGM, Universal for 25 years who often rented it to the studios for back ground vehicles etc....!<br />

All UK import taxes are paid, new MOT and now on a year related registration number and no road tax to pay!<br />
