For Sale - 1968 Mustang Hardtop, 302 V8 Auto, in Beautiful Acapulco Blue<br />
This 1968 Mustang has some great options. C4 Automatic with the factory centre console, Convenience Control Panel (which are the 4 lights in the middle of the dash which show seat belts, emergency brake, door ajar and low fuel). It also has convenience group, power steering, Push-button AM radio, Tinted Glass, Deluxe Seat Belts, Chrome Styled Wheels and Deluxe interior with front to rear overhead console. It has the original 8" rear axle with 2.79 gears which are great for most any driving. It also has the neat turn signal hood. This car sat in a garage for years when the heater core leaked and they left the carpet wet from it so it had a patch panel on the passenger floor where it rusted a small hole. This car only has just over 77,000 original miles. A previous owner installed a J code four barrel 302 with a chrome dress up kit, high torque mini starter and it has just had a new Edelbrock 600cfm 4v carb. Fitted with new chrome headers and dual exhaust system complete with Dynomax mufflers and a rebuilt drive line. This beautiful Mustang has just had a new front end kit with ball joints, upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends, bushings and power steering control unit, new emergency brake cable, new Monroe shocks, new gas tank and new bumpers. Inside the heater has been rebuilt completely with new heater core, foam kit, defrost plenum and cables. The front seats have been redone with new foam and covers, the back seat is all original and still really nice. It also has new door panels, arm rest door pulls, dash pad, window rollers and the guides have been greased etc. It has the original clock in the dash that has been rebuilt with a quartz conversion. Also it has the original AM radio, the carpet is new, as is the head liner and the rear inside side panels with foam and upholstery. The spare wheel is also a styled steel wheel like the rest of them with a matching BFG TA tyre. It has a new tinted windshield and the rest of the windows are original and factory tinted. The chrome styled steel wheels are original with new centre caps and beauty rings. This Mustang has been recently re-painted the original colour of Acapulco Blue which I think is one of the best colours ever on a Mustang and finished off nicely with GT trim. Now fitted with "Mustang Project" LED rear lights/brake lights and dual amber LED indicators/white reverse lamps. This Mustang has had a lot of time and money invested into it, so this is a great deal to get into a Classic Mustang and ready for summer cruising......! <br />
