This is a 1969 corvette 427 big block 400 hp manual (muncie shift) roadster with factory side pipes and trims very rare car and an american icon. <br />
the car is red with black interior trim and black hood.<br />
i purchased this car in florida whilst on holiday in 1990 a friend of mine pestered me to sell it to him, i had only owned it for one year but finally agreed to sell it to him but under the understanding that if he ever wished to sell it that i would have first refusal, low and behold after he had owned it for 18 years he rang me telling me that he could no longer get into the car and would i like to buy it back, i was delighted to do this a rare man of his word.<br />
i have owned it now for another 10 years but although regularly started it has not been used. I feel that it is now time to let someone else take this car to the next level.<br />
it does require paintwork and general recomitioning but runs well. It will be mot and tax exempt in april due to the new dvla ruling.<br />
this is a great investment and prices of big block corvettes even in the states are going crazy. <br />
i may take an interesting px cash either way i like 1978 corvette pace cars and 69-70 shelbys harleys/ old jap bikes but may consider something else.<br />
