Awesome 1971 Ford Torino 500 with 351 Cleveland V8 power...<br />
Originally from Arizona brought into the U.K. last year.<br />
Showing 49000 miles which can not be warranted but feels nice and tight so could well be correct.<br />
This is a totally rust free rot free example...no filler or bondo!!<br />
In its original factory colour of Light Green with Laser Stripe. Only 1600 cars were ever produced in this colour and was only available in 1971. It came into the country with lots of stone chips that spoiled the look of this fabulous muscle car so I had the car repainted and the result is stunning. Likewise the interior was sun damaged, cracked and brittle so I had the entire interior re trimmed and now the whole vehicle is superb.<br />
Riding on 500 Magnums with as new Cobra Cooper radial tyres drives and sounds lovely.<br />
Converted to B&M Hurst style floor shifter. Engine and transmission was rebuilt 20000 miles ago.<br />
Lots of parts renewed and replaced to bring this gorgeous piece of Americana back to its best .<br />
MOT"d until Feb 2020 although now mot and tax exempt. <br />
If you want some thing different to the normal Mustang or Corvette this car is for you.<br />
