I imported this car from Kentucky last summer and it only needed some minor work doing on the rear brakes (new cylinders) before I was able to put it through an MOT and register it with DVLA. It is now fully UK road legal with a V5C and UK license plates.

This is a beautiful vehicle with very straight bodywork and beautiful white paint. There are a couple of minor imperfections, like any car of this age will have, but only visible at close inspection. What you see in the pictures is very much what you get.

The interior is stunning and the car has all the usual Lincoln luxury features of that era - electric seats, electric windows, electric aerial, electric trunk release, power steering, cruise control and climate control. The latter isn"t fully functional as the AC compressor doesn"t engage and I"ve not yet explored having this fixed. If you are familiar with classic/vintage cars then you will know that this is a very common issue indeed...very few work now.

The Lincoln starts easily and drives beautifully and smoothly with the transmission shifting back and forth through the gears just as it should - the changes are barely noticeable. There was a slight leak from one of the the power steering cooler lines, but this has now been replaced and I also had a new radiator fitted as the original had a couple of leaks.
Both this and a 73 Continental Mark IV that I am also advertising are great cars and that"s why I couldn"t resist buying them. But, I"ve decided that I need to scale my hobby back as I really don"t have the space for both and plans to find (affordable) storage for them have so far failed. If I could keep them I would, but unfortunately I need to scale back and be sensible!!
I"m more than happy to answer any questions you might have and also have a lot more photos than I can post here.
