This is a genuine 4 speed 72 Roadrunner, not a clone. In original TB3 (petty blue as it is called)
Car is originally a 340 c.i SB 4 speed and is still matching numbers.
The 340 Engine was Stroked prior to my ownership this included the Edelbrock Performer RPM Aluminium Cylinder Heads and the 750 Vac secondary carb but had a complete re-build by myself with no expense spared in 2014 and I would guess has covered no more than a thousand miles since re-build

Stroker Kit is a Mancini Racing Kit, Includes Eagle Steel Crank and Eagle ESP H Beam Con Rods, Street/Strip Diamond Pistons

I believe the rear axle has 3.9 gears.

Aluminium radiator with twin electric fans with over ride switch.

New parts I added in my build include...

McLeod Super Street pro Clutch
Comp Cams Ultra Pro Magnum Roller Rockers
Comp Cams "High Energy" Hydraulic Lifters and Comp Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods .080"
Comp Cams XE275HL-10 With .525/.525 lift. 275/287 Duration
Cloyes Street Billet Double roller timing chain and tensioner
Clevite 77 Cam, Big end and Main Bearings
Re-bore to +60 with Total Seal Piston Rings (probably getting on for 420c.i as the 416 stroker requires just +30thou overbore)
New Oil pump, water pump
Edelbrock Performer RPM Air gap Intake Manifold
Hooker headers
Polyurethane Suspension Bushes.
70psi Oil pressure.
Bassett Nascar Racing wheels, including another 2 spare rear wheels I was going to fit slicks to.
General Grabber tyres with tread like new.

There are some bad points which is some rust on the body nothing structural more cosmetic. There are a few small knocks here and there but nothing bad. I welded in a new floor pan on the driver side in 2014 at the same time as the Engine build. To be honest the car needs a re-paint. The car is 46 years old so you would expect a few war wounds all its bad points are there to be seen and not hidden. A great appreciating American Muscle car project

4 Electric windows. Vin tag still intact.

The car has an MOT until October but is now exempt, if the buyer wishes I will get an MOT put on the car.

I have some pics of the engine build, you are welcome to send me your email address if you would like to see these or further pics of the car, contact me if you would like any more infomation or would like to view the car.

This car is LOUD and you get that lovely run of growl you only get with the manuals, it has to be heard and is a real head turner. It is with great regret and sadness I am selling this car but another project forces sale.
