I have for sale my stunning red, 1973 Corvette Stingray, numbers matching, small block 350, 4spd manual, restored in 2009 by Corvette Kingdom, Norfolk with receipts for the work totalling in excess of 43k. She comes with one of the largest history files for a car I have ever seen and has graced the pages of two books, held up as one of the best examples in the UK. <br />

Unique to the year the 73 has the muscle of the neoprene nose, with the fineness of the earlier chrome bumper rear seen on the 68-72 model years. I have just replaced the rear bumpers with a pair of original matching bumpers (in the restoration one was a pattern copy) which have been re-chromed and cost all in, 630, however worth every penny. <br />

A bit of background; I had looked for a Stingray for nigh on 10 years, looking for the right example to come to market. In a sea of questionable imports and people looking to make a fast buck it was, and still is hard to find truly honest examples. This one was exceptional, honest and was destined for my garage. <br />

Imported In 1987 the car has been pampered with each custodian adding to the history file with MOT certificates, tax discs, receipts, detailed work and so on. The engine has some very tasteful modifications giving out a reputed 300bhp, all detailed again in the history file.<br />

I have my beautiful Corvette serviced every year at the same garage, changing the oil in the engine and gearbox, filters, plugs and always at the time of MOT. It s worthy of note, that she passes her MOT every time without any advisories. She is also tax exempt. From inside to out the car is exactly as you would expect, everything has been tended to as part of the restoration. I have three sets of keys, handbook, V5c, history file, the two featured books, a plethora of Corvette books and a genuine tailor-made Corvette C3 cover. <br />

Make no mistake, this is the finest 1973 you will cast you eye upon with many, many happy years of motoring ahead of her. <br />
