Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 1976 5.7 V8 16,995<br />

This Corvette has had a LOT of money and time spent on it in recent years and benefits from a recent ( 1 year ago) full re spray in gloss back. <br />
<br />
The paint is in as close to perfect condition as I think you will find. The car was stripped right back to the shell and painted properly. <br />
I have photos on a CD and some printed out in the history folder. There are NO micro blisters anywhere. The car is maintained in a fully insulated, heated, and dehumidified garage. ( She s better kept then I am)<br />

The car starts first time every time and has never let me down. She keeps excellent temperature and has NO oily leeks.<br />
<br />
This well presented, maintained and serviced Stingray has covered 80 thousand miles from new and is in excellent all round condition. This car has electric windows, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt telescopic steering wheel. The interior also benefits from cream leather seats with new foam padding underneath, new carpets, new door cards and the rest of the interior is in very good condition. The vacuum system for the pop up lights is in good working order.<br />

All interior dials/readouts work as they should apart from the clock. (All C3 seem to suffer from this) The speedometer works but bounces slightly intermittently, this will be fixed shortly and before release of the vehicle. Both doors lock perfectly and interior and exterior lights work as they should. Yellow indicators have been subtly hidden in existing rear lights and behind front grill so there is no trouble when it comes to an MOT. <br />

The engine bay is again, in very good condition and comes with chrome air filter and rocker covers. The steel wheels and there chrome covers are in excellent condition and the almost new Cooper Cobra white letter tyres have plenty of tread remaining.<br />
<br />
The car comes with a documented history file including old MOTS, receipts and photos of the full re-spray the car received last year as well as the photos backed up on a CD. There are around 50 - 75 photos.<br />
<br />
The engine and gearbox work perfectly. The car has been fitted with new exhaust which helps the already incredible sound to be even better.<br />
<br />
The car has had thousands and thousands of pounds spent on it by the previous owner, including some new trim parts, FULL RE-SPRAY, chrome mirrors, new rear exhausts, spark plugs, air cleaner rear spring bushes, tyres, door cards, assorted pipes and hoses, and rear lights... etc etc<br />
<br />
Any inspection welcome as long as it is carried out at my premises, you can bring your mechanic or anyone else you like. The car comes complete with 2 sets of keys and is located in Mayfield East Sussex.<br />
<br />
I will happily answer question of serious buyers to the best of my ability, but I will quickly lose interest if you ask me to swap/part ex for your diesel Vectra or any other such silliness.<br />
<br />
I will gladly take you for a drive, but I DO the driving and only if it is a nice day, she does not go out in the rain or on salted roads.<br />
The car has 12 months MOT from 17 February 2018 and no advisories.<br />
