2001 Ford Mustang Bullitt Edition for sale. This is a very rare car being one of only 723 Limited Edition Bullitt models that were manufactured in True Blue...Only one other in the UK to the best of my knowledge.

Here"s some 2001 Bullitt info:

In a tribute to Steve McQueen"s infamous performance in the 1968 movie "Bullitt", Team Mustang and Ford put together a limited edition Mustang Bullitt edition...

The Bullitt featured the familiar 4.6L V8, but tweaked for better airflow and power (greatly improved torque), including a cast aluminum intake, twin 57-mm throttle body and high flow mufflers. They also lowered the suspension, added unique stabilizer bars and sub-frame connectors giving her a firmer ride. A 5 speed manual was the only transmission available.

The car featured a large hood scoop reminiscent of the earlier Boss 429 scoop, as well as new side scoops, lower body moldings and unique C-pillars giving a unique rear side window shape and a super clean look.

On the interior there"s a unique "retro" style gauge cluster, unique leather interior, "Bullitt" badging, a brushed aluminum fuel-filler door, pedal covers, shifter ball, shifter ring, door sill plates with molded in "BULLITT" nomenclature.
This is a great car that I"ve loved owning and driving for the last four years.

It"s in very nice condition for an 18 year old vehicle and it simply does everything well. It"s been 100% reliable for me.

Subtly lowered with performance springs, brakes upgraded and Team Dynamics 19" alloys fitted which make it ride, stop, handle and look great...it also sounds great.

On a long trip to Cornwall I even managed to average 29 MPG which really surprised me.

HPI and Carfax clear...it"s a good, honest car. V5 in my name. Less than 200 to insure fully comp.

This is a rare car that"s a great investment as they"re rising in value but it"s also a very cool usable practical car if that"s what you want. A more common Dark Highland Green 2001 Bullitt sold very quickly on a well know UK auction site last year for over 15,000.
Please no emails but feel free to call me anytime on 07882133260 if you require more information or to arrange a viewing. Might take a cheaper American V8 pickup/van in part ex.

Serious enquiries only please.
