2017 Road tax but won't effect older car's if i read it right? we still pay a high amount, till they are 40 year's old

But reading this 40 year's rolling not just pre 73-74 . so 4 more years to go on my TA before zoro road tax great

What do 2017 road tax changes mean for cars already registered?

Current road tax bands won’t change for cars that are already registered, so the existing VED bands will remain in place. Fortunately for owners, the old/existing rates for CO2 bands are much more favourable to higher-polluting vehicles.

My Kia will be £20. Not too worried about that.

What warms my heart is people buying expensive Electric cars like the Tesla have to pay £315 road tax. Which is more than the Trans-Am.
