I see it's in Southampton this time then. I heard they were trying to move to horndean. The gosport venue was quite a nice place. Do we know why they moved?

Ah yeah, I'm getting muddled up with that one. doh!, I thought it was the same one. Yeah sendy a linky and I'll post it up, or i may have already done it, doing soo many things i don't know if i have done them or not.

I don't know why this has been changed from Gosport to Southampton but Royal Vic park is nice too. Maybe they had a lot of hassle from Gosport Council last time. Hopefully there will be a few more cars this time. We were the only American cars there.

i went last year but they would not let me in. no idea why ?

Would they not?? Were you in the Ranchero? God knows why they wouldn't let you in, you'd think they would considering what you drive and them trying to raise money? Strange.

I did hear that if you were not there before a certain time they wouldn't let anyone in due to health and safety and not wanting vehicles driving around here and there. That was down to the council too i think however i may have been wrong. We had to wait to be Marshalled out at 2pm i know that much.

I can see where they're coming from if this was the case.....but if they were marshaling people out surely they could have marshaled people in?

Exactly!!! Surely getting more people in the better for them. More people = More pennies for their charity.

May have been the dog. At the beginning it was no dogs allowed, but then members of the public were walking their dogs in the field anyway.

Think Denmead will be a good show of cars. Not as many as 4Samuel show, but seeing Nova's or Focus's with tyres that are too small isn't really my cup of tea, although there were many American vehicles there last year. Denmead gets my vote.
