Here we have is a very nice 51 coupe showing off some great late 40`s & early 50`s design lines with some mild custom additions it completes the whole package ! <br />
The Dodge is a real honest reliable solid ride through & through never disappoints to put a smile on your face , The glossy coachwork gives the depth to the colour to really pop in the sunshine & really catches the eye. <br />
American engineering at its near best also can be seen and heard here ,The engine never fails to deliver ! Starts with ease just two foot pumps & turn the key .Very quite running in all conditions ,does not burn or drop oil at anytime ,Temp stays just where it should between 1/4 & 1/2 . <br />
Being 12volt alternator converted she charges well & lights are bright too ,that are New uk legal beams , The turn signals are still all original. <br />

The feedback you get from Ride is superb no wandering in anyway nor is there any bang bumps or clunks ,being mildly lowered at a sensible height to retain a very comfortable journey. <br />
The gear change is the 3 on the tree / column change configuration that is defined & positive as is the clutch & brakes . <br />
The two tone interior just finally completes wayfare`s over all 50`s Americana presence , big ,shining chrome, light ,clean & very comfortable in the front or rear & with all windows down the air flows through making this an extra cool coupe. <br />
Overall the condition of this classic vehicle is good too very good , There are some defects of course . ie
ne side trim not the best but are available , passenger door has a slight drop but all that you would expect in my opinion .So i would fully encourage you to view before bidding .The chrome work is mainly all original with aged patina & pitting & does not detract from the overall feel of the car ,She is not perfect & not a modern vehicle & is 66 years old and it is apparent that good maintenance has taken place here . <br />imported here to the uk in 2016 - fully registered with v5 from a one owner family in Pennsylvania <br />
