It's a conversion for rear fogs & amber indicators but it's quite a neat one as they do fit flush(ish). The previous owner informed me that they're Land Rover Discovery rear lights.

Cool. Couldn’t quite see from the pic, but could see something wasn’t stock. Always good when you get a nice light conversion, it’s just a shame it’s necessary.

Yeah it's annoying that it has to be done, but I have definitely seen a lot worse.
