Only selling this very well sorted car because I was seduced by my new DAX de Dion 427 Cobra a couple of months ago and can’t really justify owning TWO Cobras!:crazy:
5.7 litre 350 Small Block Chevy with Edelbrock RPM (64cc) performer heads, inlet manifold & cam, Holley 600fpm 4 Barrel Carb, Mallory ignition etc. Underslung twin Stainless Steel.Toyota Supra 5 speed box - renowned as being pretty much bulletproof.
Sitting on Jaguar XJ Fully Independent suspension means that she's totally planted around the corners as well....not just a straight line stormer.
Cobretti Vipers have one of the strongest if not THE strongest chassis structures in the Cobra replica market so you get safety as well as incredible performance in one package.
Built in 2003 using a 1984 Jaguar XJ6 as the basic donor (hence the age related plate) she has covered just over 8,000 miles. Lots of care and attention lavished on her by me over the last 18 Months including new tyres, custom exhaust headers, rear radius arm bushes and starter solenoid all fitted within the last 100 miles.
Finished in stunning and unmarked Jaguar Quartz Grey.
Wet Weather gear (never been out of the bag), and Tonneau cover are included.
She can be viewed at Arun Cars, the Jaguar specialists in Pulborough, who are displaying it for me in their showroom as I have run out of garage space!
Proper Cobra fun for a very reasonable £24,999 considering that original Shelbys go for upwards of £1m .... but I am open to a sensible haggle if she's going to a good home!
