AC Schnitzer has beaten the M Division at its own game, by giving us a faster 8 Series before BMW could deliver its own M8. The AC Schnitzer ACS8 comes in two forms petrol or diesel. For the 840d AC has increased power from 320bhp to 380bhp, while the M850i is up from 530bhp to an adequate 620bhp. The latter gets a loud exhaust, but both get 20mm lower suspension and a carbon bodykit that, in parts, looks pretty good. Pity about that wing, though. Thankfully, you don"t have to have it. Or the wheels, or the interior trim. AC"s website offers all the bits individually, so you can pick and choose what you want. You could just have the power upgrade over 8k all by itself or just the bodykit, without the spoiler or any suspension tuning.
