This week"s Burnout Friday video takes us to Denmark for an event called the Viking Run back in 2016.The Viking Run in Roskilde, Denmark is held every two years and it is the biggest American car show in Denmark. More than 2,500 “USDM” cars take part in the automotive festivities. As you can see in the video here, the Viking Run includes a burnout box area with plenty of room to let the car slide around. Concrete barriers ensure that the spectators lining the perimeter of the pit are safe and sound.The video begins with a gorgeous black 2nd gen Chevrolet Camaro rolling slowly past the camera and into the burnout box area. The classic Chevy muscle car backs into a corner and begins smoking the tires while the sweet roar of a healthy American V8 fills the area followed by a massive cloud of smoke. The driver lets the tires smoke hard in place for about 15 seconds before letting the car drift forward, the tires roasting the whole time.As the driver moves the 2g Camaro towards the middle of the burnout area, he whips the rear end around and around, keeping the tires spinning and painting more black circles on the pavement. The crowd cheers as the tire smoking action ends with the black Chevy facing the people, but he wasn"t done just yet.After backing into that same corner, the black 2nd gen Camaro does one more burnout, letting the car drift out to the middle of the box before stopping it in place, keeping the tires smoldering as an even bigger cloud of smoke builds behind the car.Crank up your speakers and enjoy!Tags: 2nd Gen Camaro, Burnout Fridays, camaro, Denmark, Viking Run
