This two-day burnout-a-thon comes to us from the YouTube channel of Joseph Proctor Jr. and it features a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro SS thoroughly roasting its rear tires. We get to watch as this Chevy smokes the tires first in the dark and then in the daylight, both of which are excellent examples of a proper muscle car burnout. The Artful BurnoutMost burnout videos show nothing more than a car like a Camaro or Corvette sitting still or drifting around while smoking the rear tires. The person who made this burnout video put some time and effort into it, putting together a nicely produced 48-second film that showcases his Chevy muscle car in fine fashion.Tire-Slaying FunIn addition to some intro music, we get a panning look at the 2014 Camaro SS while stationary, but as the music fades away, we see the Chevy sitting on a dark, country road. As the car rolls forward, the driver kicks the clutch and gets the rear wheels spinning, quickly hitting the brakes to keep the Camaro in place while the tires smolder. After that night time burnout, we get another panning shot of the 2014 Camaro, this time from the side, before the video jumps to the next tire-slaying fun. In this second clip, the car is sitting on a desolate country road, with unique color effects providing an old timey feel as the LS3 works with the rear tires to make a massive cloud of smoke. In the daylight burnout clip, we can see the beautiful burnout marks on the road as the smoke clears, with the Camaro painted at least a hundred feet of black stripes on the pavement.Crank up your speakers and enjoy!Join the LS1tech forums today!Tags: 5th Gen Camaro, Burnout Fridays, camaro, LS3, Video
