Stop what you"re doing, right now. Caterham has launched a new online configurator, and who"d have thought, it"s probably one of the best we"ve used. Loads of options to choose from, high-quality pics from many angles that actually change when you select said options, and no filter to stop you from building a hideously garish car. It"s a triumph of procrastination. You get the choice between the Seven 270, 310, 360, 420 and 620. Caterham"s entire range, starting at 26,490 and running up to just shy of 50K. The lesser models are more fun to play with, because you get more option choices, and therefore more opportunities to inflate the price. Narrow- or wide-body, paint or bare metal, seats, wheels, roll-cage it"s all there. And your changes are all faithfully represented you can even see the difference between the springs and dampers when you cycle between normal, Sport and Track suspension options. Impressive.
