1990 Chevrolet Silverado K1500 4x4 pick up truck. <br />

This truck has a 5.7l (350ci) fuel injected V8 engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. It is the rarer 4 wheel drive version which is quite unusual in the UK. The 4 wheel drive is selectable with high and low ranges.<br />
<br />
The Silverado model was the top of the range Chevy pick up in 1990 and it has a smart comfortable interior with electric windows, central locking, air conditioning, radio, cassette player and graphic equaliser. The bench seat has belts for three people. It also has a sliding rear window.<br />

The truck has a large tow bar fitted and a tough plastic liner in the bed. I fitted a new battery about six months ago. It is MOT"d until 21st April 2018.<br />

The truck drives very nicely and sounds great with a lovely burble from the side exit exhaust. As you can see from the photos the truck is very presentable with good paint, alloys and chunky tyres.<br />
<br />
Being a 27 year old truck it has a few niggles. These include the temperature buttons on the air conditioning not working, the left hand radio speaker not working and the one of the glove box hinges is broken.<br />
<br />
I"ve had it for almost a year and have used it lightly for the occasional trip to work or collecting furniture for my house. A few weeks ago I did a 130 mile trip in it and it didn"t miss a beat. I"ll be sorry to see it go but I no longer need it and have too many other cars.<br />
