1958 Chevy Apache Fleetside<br />
Had this for a couple of years, had some work done on it including:<br />
New speedo & cable<br />
New kingpins (actually drives straight now)<br />
Recently serviced (oil change, plugs, new gaskets etc)<br />
Put different chrome wheels on, still have the original split rims and hubcaps as well.<br />
Original straight six engine.<br />
Recovered seat in a mexican blanket.<br />
New rear view mirror.<br />
Cool patina on the paintwork.<br />
Not so good points:<br />
Hand brake doesn"t work (never has)<br />
Slight electric issue (front lights work, rear don"t. Might just be a fuse.)<br />
It does drive, although poorly. Could do with a carburetor upgrade I think, still has the original single barrel rochester on it.<br />
Bodywork in good condition all round even underneath!<br />
Original radio as well, just needs a new aerial. <br />
Transportation might be needed as this is a heavy vehicle!<br />
