This is the stunning Chip Foose Madam X Cadillac.Chip Foose, customizer extraordinaire, has pulled the wraps off of their latest project. Dubbed “Madam X,” this classic Cadillac gets a big injection of LS speed. However, when you look at it, speed is the last thing on your mind. It’s drop dead gorgeous.This vehicle was commissioned by Wes and Vivian Rydell, of Rydell Chevrolet fame. The dealership magnate picked an amazing base for an amazing build. Based on a 1939 Cadillac 60 Special, it has been rebodied to more closely resemble a 1935 Cadillac concept drawing and invoke the feeling of the original Madam X concept of the 1920’s. The custom body work is incredible, having taken the 60 Special from an upright, 4 door sedan to a rakish, long hood coupe. As is the way with other Foose builds, the work goes far beyond the body. The paintwork is a stunning blend of mahogany, wine red and deep purple. A custom leather interior was also fitted, along with custom Foose design wheels which appear period correct at first glance.
