Nothing too crazy about this week"s classified pick just genuine, original, classic beauty. The Ford Capri first appeared in 1969, but the one on offer from Silverstone Auctions is this beautiful 1987 Brooklands 280. It was the final limited-edition run of the Capri that featured a limited slip diff, 15-inch bespoke alloys and Recaro seats. Only 1,038 were made all in this delightful "Brooklands Green" paint, hence the name. With a mileage of just 5,500, full service history and an MOT certificate, this unrestored, unpainted and original example is top dollar. And with an estimated auction price of 45,000 to 55,000, you"ll be paying top dollar too. It"s comfortably more than a new right-hand-drive Mustang.
