The latest forecast is showing temperatures as low as -12c forecast, although I think most people on this forum won’t see temperatures that low.
But it’s worth reminding people about checking the anti-freeze mixture to make sure it’s safe. We don’t want any cracked engine block threads.

I know this thread is a few days old now, but purely out of interest, where did you see that weather forecast? The reason I ask is that there are frequent warnings around this time of year of unexpectedly low temperatures and even heavy snow. They sometimes pop up in the Google news feeds on our smartphones. When you tap them, you'll see that most will lead to tabloid newspaper websites. But if you separately look directly on the Met Office website, you'll usually see no such reports and more of a seasonally accurate forecast. Apparently, there are a few idiots who call themselves weather forecasters who create these sensationalist headlines. One such guy I have read about is called James Madden. Even though their claims are mostly unfounded, the tabloids seem to love it unfortunately!
The news like to focus on the extreme even if it isn't proven. I guess it's -12deg somewhere.
Done a screenshot while I was in the states. Although it's cold it's a nice cold, not slippery, very weird, vehicle windshields not icing up.
Ahh, OK mate. I'd think Sky should be pretty trustworthy. As Dan says, like most media sources they probably major on a low temp forecast somewhere in the UK lol.
It is getting pretty cold down here though.
