Dope website by Wix advert

An annoying advert that pops up between Youtube videos. What are they trying to advertise?. Now Wix is a website hosting place with loads of templates.

The advert starts, "I just built a dope website with Wix". Now to me, and I guess others 'Dope' is a type of drug, so this guy has built a drug dealing website with wix? how can that website be advertised in a you tube advert?

There are some podcasts I listen to regularly.
They are American and they use the term dope to mean cool as best as I can interpret it.
They are quite fond of using the word “boom” too. Not quite figured that out yet!
