This week"s Drag Race Monday video features a 216 Chevrolet Camaro SS making a pass down the quarter mile and, according to the person who posted the video, claiming the title for the quickest 6th gen Camaro with nothing but stickier tires. As we can see in the video, this bright red 2016 Camaro SS has non-matching rear wheels wrapped in drag radial tires, but we are led to believe that this car is stock in every other area.We get to see one quarter mile pass and as the car hits the end beam, the big board reads an 11.69 at 119 miles per hour on this run. However, when we see the timeslip up close, the slip says 11.59 at 121 miles per hour, so there is a difference in what the board and timeslip say, but 11.69 with a Camaro SS sporting all stock features except for the tires is pretty impressive. I don"t know if 11.69 or 11.59 would give this Camaro the record, but I am focused more on the run itself than the claimed record.Unfortunately, there is some awful music piped over this video, so we cannot hear the 2016 Camaro SS while in action, making this a great clip to watch with the sound down.
