This week"s Drag Race video features an in-car video of a 2014 Chevrolet SS sedan blasting down the quarter mile. In stock form, the Chevy SS is one of the quickest stock 4-door cars sold in the U.S. with a 415 horsepower LS3 V8, but this particular super sedan is far from stock.While the details are short, we know that this Chevy SS LS3 engine is topped with the supercharger from the General Motors LSA V8 and with 11 pounds of boost, this engine is almost surely making at least 600 horsepower give or take.In the video below, the supercharged Chevy SS is going head to head with what appears to be a late 5th gen Camaro SS. Really, we only see the Camaro because it comes out of its burnout before the high performance sedan, as when the green light drops the coupe never climbs back into the camera view.We don"t know what the Camaro runs, but thanks to the details, we know that this Chevy SS runs an impressive 10.8 at 127 miles per hour.Crank up your speakers and enjoy!Tags: chevrolet ss, Chevy SS, drag race monday, SS
