Drivers seat getting tired, Will these fit?

My drivers seat is a little tired, yes it can be repaired, got a quote from a good place near work. They wanted £400. Maybe it's worth considering buying something to replace it.
Will these fit? Thoughts?

sounds very dear for one seat get complete set of new covers from the states for around that sort of money what the form like ? like the eBay ones

The quote from Richmond & James was for 1 seat. Needs new foam and material. They have clients with very nice cars turning up, so I guess their quality is good. They didn't sound like they really wanted to do the TA seat.
The eBay price of £300 is for a pair, so sounds cheaper to by new.

So new foam certainly needed.
I did think would it add value keeping stock seats, however I have changed soo much on the car, and I'm not planning on selling, so I guess that gives me options.
I will need a seat that folds forward to gain access to the rear seats.
