FAA in Partnerships to Test Beyond-Line-of-Sight Drones | Re/code

I can see it now.

Drones dropping packages (like Yodel need an excuse!)
Mid-air collisions - its one thing when two drones collide but imagine when a commerical aircraft is involved
Being flown by pilots by camera - hmmm sunbathing in your back garden wil become risky... peeping drone syndrome
Drone crashes caused by kids throwing stones at them or shooting at them with air guns

Loads more potential issues i'm sure. But we recently dicussed the use of emergency drones carrying heart defibulators on this forum too.... so not all bad.

Should have to have licences and no fly zones, like you cannot fly anywhere in populated areas, have to go to a field, or park and not to go a certain distance to a boundary.

Drone = The noise an chevy engine make's lol, opps wrong thread lol,

There was one at the top gear track last year at wheels day never did find out if it was filming, also what happens if it hit's a car or member of public what about copy right of video imiage also dose the drone pilot have permission to video in public places as bussiness have to put signes up

A whole load of issues to be answered. But you can guarantee that legislation will be ignored until someone contests their right to fly. The it will become a test case where the result sets a precedent and changes the law.
