This week"s Dyno Blast video features a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro participating in the "Sloppy Mechanics Spring Dyno Day 2016." One of the participants for this dyno day is this clean looking 1st gen Camaro, which is powered by an unspecified LS-based engine fitted with a very large turbocharger. Really, we don"t need to know much more than turbocharged LS to know that this video is going to be good.On the first run, the driver winds the boosted LS up and when the Camaro has settled back down to idle, we hear that car made 542 rear wheel horsepower much to someone"s displeasure. However, the Camaro makes one more run on the rollers, laying down an even more respectable 656 rear wheel horsepowerand it sounded incredible doing it.Crank up your speakers and enjoy!Join the LS1 crowd in the forum.>>Tags: 1st Gen Camaro, camaro, Dyno Blast, Dyno wednesday
