Maybe you don't want a helmet made of metal, but i think this was done to prove a point it could be done with a 5-axis CNC machine. Very impressive work. The details and like the ghost lettering is amazing.

The machine probably changes the drill/cutting bits itself, so no human hands has touched this until it is done. Just think of the parts you could make for the car is you had one of these in the garage and knew how to use the software.
