Looking to get a custom exhaust made for the Dayvan.
It currently has a y-pipe coming off the V6 into a 3" single pipe splitting again by the rear axle into twin outlets.
We could either replicate this and just quieten it down or have a complete true dual system made that bolts to the standard manifolds. This is quite attractive as I think it would get rid of the typical V6 'Rasp'!
Probably made in mild steel to keep costs down.

Happy to travel for the right shop that knows American stuff and will have decent mufflers in stock, Magnaflow, Borla etc
Any recommendations?

A chap with a Black 4th gen in the Pontiac Owners club named Ian just had his custom exhaust done just before Kelmarsh show, I asked Steve of the POC where he got it done, and he will ask him. Steve has used Pipercraft in Kent in the past and would recommend them.

Yes, have also used Pipecraft a few times and they are on the possibles list. Just exploring other options.

I contacted Profusion the other day - they are away at the moment at a car launch so will come back to me next week with an estimate. They are based in Slough so fairly close to us too.
